1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on the delivery location and product weight.

  • Any additional delivery fees (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most products across Bangladesh.

  • Customers must pay the full amount to the delivery agent before receiving the product.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s website.

7. Undeliverable Orders

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact number, or unavailability of the customer, the order may be canceled.

  • In such cases, re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
